Aluminum-plastic cartoning machines can be distinguished by forming and hot-pressing sealing methods. The forming is divided into roller type and flat plate type. The flat positive pressure forming effect is better than the roller vacuum forming; the heat sealing is also divided into roller type and flat plate type hot pressing sealing effect is better than the roller type hot pressing sealing, and the roller type hot pressing sealing is in speed, reliability, etc. It is better than flat-plate hot-press sealing.
According to production experience, it is found that the aluminum-plastic cartoning machine is prone to problems in blister forming, hot-press sealing, etc. during use. The following briefly introduces how to solve these problems.
1. The blister forming problem of the aluminum-plastic cartoning machines
According to the principle that blister molding is a PVC film (hard sheet) that is heated and passed through a mold and then compressed air or vacuum is used to form a blister of the required shape and size, when there is a problem with the molded blister, it is necessary to start from the following aspects solve:
(1) Whether the PVC film (hard film) is a qualified product;
(2) Whether the temperature of the heating device is too high or too low;
(3) Whether the surface of the heating device adheres to PVC;
(4) Whether the molding die is qualified, whether the molding hole is smooth, and whether the air hole is unobstructed;
(5) Whether the cooling system of the forming mold is working normally and effectively;
(6) Whether the vacuum degree and exhaust rate of roller negative pressure forming can reach the normal value, and whether there is abnormal loss of the pipeline;
(7) Whether the compressed air of the flat positive pressure molding is clean and dry, whether the pressure and flow can reach the normal value, and whether there is abnormal loss in the pipeline;
(8) Whether the flat positive pressure forming mold clamps the PVC belt in parallel, and whether there is air leakage.
2. The hot-pressing sealing problem of aluminum-plastic cartoning machines
In the hot-pressing sealing process of the packaging of the drum-type aluminum-plastic cartoning machine, the PVC tape and the aluminum foil are completed by the parallel roller-shaped heat-sealing roller and the anilox roller under a certain temperature and pressure. Heat-sealed.
The contact between the heat sealing roller and the anilox roller is linear, and the required pressure is relatively small. In the process of hot-press sealing of flat-plate aluminum-plastic blister packaging, PVC tape and aluminum foil are heat-sealed by parallel flat heat-sealing plates and anilox plates in the same plane under certain temperature and pressure. Fit. The contact between the heat-sealing plate and the anilox plate is surface contact, and the required pressure is relatively large. Regardless of the roller or flat plate type heat-pressing sealing, when the heat-sealing net pattern is not clear, the depth of the net pattern is not clear.
3. When the PVC belt moves during heat sealing and causes bubbles and other problems, it is necessary to solve the following aspects:
(1) Whether the aluminum foil is a qualified product, and whether the heat-sealing surface is coated with a hot melt that meets the requirements;
(2) Whether the temperature of the heating device is too high or too low;
(3) Whether there is abnormal resistance in the operation of PVC tape or aluminum foil;
(4) Whether the heat-sealing mold is qualified, whether the surface is flat and smooth, and whether the blister formed on the PVC tape can be smoothly inserted into the hole of the heat-sealing roller (plate);
(5) Whether the texture on the anilox roller (board) is clear and consistent in depth;
(6) Whether the cooling system of the heat-sealing mold is working normally and effectively;
(7) Whether the pressure required for heat sealing is normal;
(8) Whether the heat-sealing roller (plate) and the anilox roller (plate) of the aluminum-plastic cartoning machine are parallel.
