The speed of JDZ-180 Cartoner Machine for Tube is up to 180 cartons/min.  It is widely used in packing different size of tubes, and the machine can be linked to the tube filling machine.

The tubes will drop down to the conveyor which linked the cartoning machine and tube filling machine, then come the feeding device which controlled the servo motor. When the machine linked to the tube filling machine, when cartoning machine stops, the tube filling machine will stop automatically.

And the rejection of the tube is specially designed for tube which will not damage the tube. The leaflet folding device is optional, the design is similar with GUK device which can fold the leaflet stably. The machine has the function of printing the batch number, and the inkjet printer is optional. JDZ-180 Cartoner Machine for Tube sealing the carton with tuck-in or hot melt glue device.
