JDZ-120 VERTICAL BOTTLE CARTONER- Jiademachine

The speed of JDZ-120 model bottle vertical cartoner machine is up to 120 cartons/min.  It is widely used in pharmaceutical companies which has several product with different size bottles and lower capacity, the carton size better be small. The machine adopt with the bottle turntable which can feed the bottle on the conveyor automatically.  The leaflet folding device is optional, the design is similar with GUK device which can fold the leaflet stably. Vertical Bottle Cartoner has the function of printing the batch number, and the inkjet printer is optional. The cartoner machine sealing the carton with tuck-in or hot melt glue device. This type of machine can save more space.

Vertical Bottle Cartoner Features:
1.When the carton lacks of leaflet or bottle, the machine will reject the carton automatically.
